One of the first steps in preparing for your trip is completing your application. We have an online process for this. Please complete the form below.
UPDATE YOUR PASSPORT
A valid Passport is required in to Uganda. Please make sure that your passport is not expired. If you don’t have a passport, be sure to get one. Also, if your passport is expiring anytime soon, go ahead and get it renewed.
GET A VISA
You are required to get a visa for Uganda. A single entry visa is required for entry into Uganda. An entry visa for United States citizens can be obtained at the Entebbe airport in Uganda upon arrival. You will need to present your passport, your medical card showing you have been vaccinated for yellow fever, and US $50 at the visa desk at the airport to receive your visa.
You are required to get anti-malaria medications as a preventive measure and a Yellow Fever vaccination prior to leaving the United States. Consult with your physician on other recommended vaccinations.
COST OF YOUR TRIP
The cost of your trip covers all of your hotels, safari, meals, and in country transportation expenses. Your only out-of-pocket expenses will be for other personal incidentals, immunization, Airfare and US $50 for your visa upon arrival. There will be opportunities on the trip to purchase souvenirs. We suggest you carry about US$150-300 in cash for personal shopping or traveler’s checks
